Membership in organized dentistry is vital to our profession’s strength, as is membership in The Georgia Society of Periodontists. Thank you for taking a moment to acknowledge the importance of professional involvement. Dues:
The annual dues of the Society are payable by February 15, 2010 and considered late after March 1, 2010.

• Active Membership:     $170.00
• Academic Membership:   $170.00
• Retired Membership:     No Charge
• New Periodontists:       $85.00
• After March 1, 2010:  Add additional $25 to Active and Academic Memberships

Dues include a Membership Directory.

Payment of dues indicates certification of meeting requirements of the American Dental Association for specialization in the field of Periodontics.

Members must also maintain membership in the American Dental Association, The Georgia Dental Association, and the American Academy of Periodontology (Bylaws: Article IV, Section 1a and Article IX).

Note: Please return the dues payment with your profile promptly, as information received after March 1, 2010 will not be included in the Directory.
